While Jenny did the design, John attended to the fit out of the suites. With the exception of the magnificent local timber featured throughout each suite, you could be in a 5 star international hotel. The locally made timber furniture, some of which came off the property, is all hand crafted out of Marri – the Cinderella of the three eucalypt sisters Karri, Jarrah and Marri. Marrie or Red gum as it is often called, was for years only harvested for woodchips. You will be amazed at the richness, the grain and the colour in these fine furniture pieces made out of 42mm thick hardwood. Natures beauty is for you to enjoy in the Salitage Suites, Pemberton.
